Unitech Sunbreeze Towers Ghaziabad: What's the rental yield reality?
I'm looking at my portfolio and rethinking a few things. Thinking about Unitech Sunbreeze Towers in Ghaziabad. Project toh completed hai, but I'm worried about Unitech ka overall track record for future resale liquidity. Kya actual rental yield mil raha hai yahaan? My main concern is ki exit strategy kaisi rahegi 5-7 saal mein, given the price range of ₹1.26 Cr–₹2.06 Cr. Investor ratio kya hai society mein? Koi real data share kar sakta hai?

Unitech? Bhai, unka track record toh sabko pata hai. Project completed bol rahe ho, but sach mein possession mila hai kya sabko on time? Sunbreeze mein bhi wohi late delivery ka scene tha kya?
