I'm genuinely baffled by what builders quote versus reality, especially with maintenance. We bought into Unitech Sunbreeze Towers expecting a low-maintenance, easy life after the kids moved out. My wife and I just wanted something manageable, but the actual charges for our 3BHK are way higher than what was indicated during the booking. It's almost double, feels like a bait-and-switch. Plus, the elevators are constantly needing repair, and the community hall is barely functional. We paid a premium for these amenities, thinking it'd be a good society for our retirement years. Is this a common issue with older completed projects like this in Ghaziabad? What are other residents at Sunbreeze actually paying monthly? And how do you deal with the RWA on these inflated charges and poor amenity upkeep?
