Look, location and design wise, it might be appealing. But at that price point (₹11.8 Cr – ₹15.9 Cr), and with Unitech's history, the risk is too high. Consider resale flats in established societies in that area or slightly further like Baharampur Naya if budget is a concern.
I was also eyeing a Unitech project near Badshahpur a few years back, thankfully pulled out last minute. The initial designs and promises were amazing, just like World Spa West probably looks. But then the delays started, RERA issues, and now it's just a mess. For a first-time buyer, it's better to go with a builder with a clear track record and completed projects, even if it means compromising a little on the 'wow' factor.
Amenities toh paper pe sab bade dikhate hain. But daily living ke liye connectivity aur schools dekho. Wahan se Airport Road tak commute kaisa hai peak hours mein? Aur nearby acche schools hain kya?
Amenities tab kaam ki hain jab project deliver ho. Swimming pool aur gym ka kya fayda agar building hi incomplete ho?
U6, schools ke liye thoda search karna padega, nearby options hain but quality vary karti hai. Commute Airport Road se theek hai agar early niklo, otherwise traffic kaafi hota hai. Aajkal Gurugram mein prices itne high hain, especially for well-connected areas, but for this project, the builder's reputation overshadows everything.
Yaar, The World Spa West ka status 'null' dikha raha hai, that's a huge red flag. 11-15 Cr for a project with no clear status? Bahut risky decision hai for someone like us.
U4, bhai, null status ka matlab hai koi certainty nahi. Unitech ke pichle projects mein log saalon tak wait karte reh gaye hain. Mera ek dost Basai mein Unitech ki property mein phas gaya tha, ab tak possession nahi mila.
Null status ka matlab possession kab tak expect kar sakte hain phir? Koi idea hai?
Unitech? Bhai, unka track record toh sabko pata hai. Us price range mein toh aur options mil jayenge, especially for a first-time buyer.
