What's the actual capital appreciation for Unitech UGCC Burgundy been since its completion? I'm based in Dubai and eyeing a unit there, but honestly, Unitech's past delivery track record makes me a bit cautious about long-term ROI. Can anyone share actual rental yields they're getting right now? I can't do site inspections myself, so I'll need a property manager. Is the resale market active for these larger units, or does it sit for ages? Need to understand the exit strategy clearly.

Totally agree, U1! Price range toh bahut zyada hai.
Bhai, Unitech ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My uncle had a bad experience with their project near Alpha I Greater Noida years ago, possession dates were always pushed. For such a high-value property (₹4.8 Cr – ₹6.0 Cr!), I'd be super careful, especially if you're an NRI and can't do site inspections yourself. It's a huge commitment.
