Unitech Unihomes 2 vs SM Skycon Heights: Which is better?
I'm confused between Unitech Unihomes 2 and SM Skycon Heights in Noida. Unihomes 2 is slightly more expensive, but is it worth the extra cost? Kya kisi ko pata hai which has better connectivity to the metro? Also, what's your take on the construction quality of both? Which one offers better amenities for families? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Mujhe advice chahiye on investment potential. Which one would you recommend?
