Unihomes ka total cost of ownership actually kitna padega? Sirf price nahi, maintenance wagera bhi. Aur Urbainia mein society management aur RWA kaise hain, bilkul active hai ya nahi? Humko toh bas shanti chahiye aur hospital paas ho. Koi idea hai in projects ke end-user ratio ka? Ghost society nahi chahiye yaar.
