Unitech Unihomes vs Supertech 27 Heights?
I'm looking at Unitech Unihomes and Supertech 27 Heights in Noida. Unihomes is ready to move, which is a plus. What's the construction quality like in both? Supertech's price seems higher. Is it worth it? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has better resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye!

Bhai, Unihomes ready to move hai, woh toh ek big plus point hai. But, construction quality ka kya scene hai? Especially Unihomes mein, koi specific issues hain kya? Supertech 27 Heights ka price difference justify karta hai kya? Bohot nervous feel ho raha hai yaar, first time le raha hoon.
