₹60 lakh for a 2BHK in Universal Antalya Heights – I just got possession last month. Builder ne delivery kaafi late ki, almost 8 months. Ab I'm thinking about rental yield. Kya real mein yahaan ₹18-20k mil jaayega? Meri investment ka ROI kaise niklega agar itna late hota raha? Resale market ka kya scene hai? Koi active secondary market dikhti hai kya? Matlab, 5 saal baad exit strategy kya hogi? Builder ka track record pehle se pata hota toh shayad better decide karta. Any actual owners, please share ground reality. Hold or exit early?

Mere friend ne bhi inke ek project mein invest kiya tha, same story – possession late, aur fir quality issues. ₹60L for a 2BHK is a big amount, aur jab builder hi game khelne lage toh bahut tension hoti hai. Rental yield ka toh sochna hi band kar diya tha usne, bas kisi tarah exit karne ki soch raha tha.
