Uniwest Hub delivery track record concerns

Uniwest Hub in Greater Noida is on my radar for investment. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? The price point looks okay, but I'm concerned about their delivery track record. Are they known for delays? What's the realistic rental yield here, and how liquid is the resale market really?
