Uniworld Gardens vs Divine Lotus Greens – confused!
Divine Lotus Greens is ready to move toh hai, but it's costing almost double of Uniworld Gardens. Is it worth paying so much extra for ready possession? I'm thinking of buying for investment, not living. So, rental potential wise, which one makes more sense? Uniworld mein price appreciation bhi toh ho sakta hai. Carpet area wise bhi kuch farak hai kya? Honestly not sure which way to go. Any advice?

Bhai, ye Uniworld Gardens ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai. Unitech ka track record kaisa raha hai recently? Suna hai bahut issues the inke projects mein. Ready possession ke liye double dena toh mushkil hai, but agar builder reliable na ho toh future mein aur headache ho sakti hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Unitech ke projects mein delays aur quality issues bahut common the pehle. Uniworld Gardens toh 2019 mein hi complete ho gaya tha
