Haan yaar, Uniworld Gardens ke maintenance charges kaafi high sunne mein aaye hain. Ek friend ne bataya tha ki Rs 3.5 per sq ft tak jaate hain, jo budget ke bahar ho jaata hai for a smaller flat. Himalaya Homes ka pata nahi, but management ka issue toh har society mein hota hai.
