Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. I'm looking at Unnati The Aranya Phase 1, since it's ready to move. But resale price thoda zyada lag raha hai. Someone suggested RPS01 RRPS01 And RRPS02 YEIDA. Cheaper hai, but under construction ka risk hai. Is it worth saving money and waiting? Yaar, maintenance charges mein bhi farak hoga, right? Which one would be better for a senior citizen?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and thinking of upgrading. Has anyone compared ATS Le Grandiose Phase I with Unnati The Aranya Phase 1? Grandiose looks fancier, but is the price jump worth it, especially since Aranya is already completed? Carpet area efficiency matters a lot to me. Is Grandiose genuinely more spacious, or are we just paying for the brand? And what about the resale market for both? Confused!
Unnati The Aranya Phase 1 or Home And Soul Beetle Lap? Aranya mein maintenance charges kam hai, but Beetle Lap seems better located. Which one for family moving in? Batao yaar.
Currently in a 2BHK in Noida. Unnati is ready, but Palm Olympia offers more amenities. Is the price jump worth it considering the risk of under-construction? What do you guys suggest?
I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar! I'm confused between Ajnara London Square and Unnati The Aranya. Ajnara is in Greater Noida, so connectivity thoda issue hai. Unnati is in Noida proper. But Ajnara mein price per sqft is less. Is it worth going far for that? Also, Unnati ka maintenance charges kya hai? Someone told me it's quite high. Need opinions from people living there. Which one would you pick and why?
Currently in a 2BHK. Thinking of upgrading. ATS Le Grandiose is ready to move, but it's costly. Unnati The Aranya Phase 1 is also ready but amenities are basic. Is the price jump for ATS worth it for better resale? Already have a home loan. Community, what do you think?
Ajnara London Square in Greater Noida looks cheaper, but is it *really* when you factor in the commute? I work in Noida, so that's a daily thing. Unnati The Aranya in Noida is closer, but the price per sqft is higher. Honestly not sure which way to go. Is the rental potential better in one versus the other? Which has better resale value down the line? What does the community think?
