Bhai, same boat here! Main bhi Unnati Aranya Phase 2 dekh raha hoon. Budget ka bahut tension hai, ₹70-98 L ka range sunke thoda ghabra raha hoon. Kahin hidden charges ya maintenance bahut high toh nahi hote completed projects mein?
