Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a villa if the premium is justified. Already have a home loan, so this next move is big. Looking at Unnati The Aranya in Noida. It's completed, which is a plus, but I'm wondering about the society ki actual vibe. Kya wahan end-users zyada hain ya mostly investors? Dar lagta hai ghost society na ban jaye. Also, resale market kaisa hai wahan? Existing residents ko koi issues aa rahe hain with RWA ya maintenance? Any firsthand experiences would be super helpful.
