Yaar, ye builders ka toh chalta hi rehta hai. JMS The Nation ka brochure dekh ke toh lagta hai sab kuch mil jayega, but real mein kya hoga? Especially with that 2.2 Cr starting price, expectations are high for first-time buyers like us.
Totally agree! Mera bhi same experience raha hai ek project mein Badshahpur ke paas. Brochure mein Olympic-size pool tha, mila ek small splash pool. It's so frustrating to see the difference.
