Change my mind. ₹25L for this, aur upar se maintenance. Builder ne toh bas numbers dikha diye. 80 units hi hain, par lagta hai sabne ek hi jaisa experience kiya hai. Is it just me or do these 'luxury' amenities never get used and just add to our burden?
