UP Cabinet Simplifies Building Approvals on Exchanged Land in Noida

Hey guys, Propmyna Khabri here with some potentially good news for Noida real estate! The UP Cabinet just approved a change making building approvals easier on exchanged land in Noida. Basically, if your land was acquired by the Noida Authority and you got different land in return, getting your building plans approved should now be much faster. This means projects might launch sooner, which could impact property prices and availability. The Noida Authority will now directly handle these approvals. What do you guys think?
