UP Cabinet ne ek naya policy change approve kiya hai jisse Noida Authority directly building plans approve kar payegi, especially un land parcels ke liye jo exchange se mile hain. Basically, agar aapne koi property Noida Authority se exchange mein li hai, toh building approval process abhi se aasaan ho jayega. Bhai, this is great if it reduces litigation. Noida Extension mein toh har project mein court case chalta rehta hai.
U5, litigation kam hoga toh builders ko bhi incentive milega jaldi complete karne ka.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Land acquisition ka issue khatam hi nahi hota.
