UP Government's New FAR Policy Removes Height Limits in Noida

Noida mein construction scene thoda garam hai these days! The UP government has just dropped a big one – height restrictions are GONE. Basically, builders can now build taller buildings. Yeh news kaafi important hai for buyers because it means more apartments will be available. Oram Group (Mansarovar, Shatabdi Vihar, Rail Vihar, LIC Society) and other developers can build upwards now. Hopefully, supply badhegi aur prices thode control mein aa sakte hain. What do you guys think? Will this new FAR policy actually bring down property prices in Noida, or will demand still keep prices high?
