Folks are saying there's not enough land for everyone in Noida, so the UP government is shaking things up! They're changing the rules for land near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, allowing builders to construct homes where only offices and factories were permitted. This means more housing options could become available. It also might give a boost to the local economy. Reliance-Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group owns some of this land. Finally! More housing is always a good thing, especially near the Expressway. Traffic wahaan already bahut zyada hai, hopefully this will lead to better infrastructure too.
