📢 Noida mein land approval ab jaldi hoga! UP govt ne dual approval system cancel kar diya hai. Yeh news kaafi important hai for buyers aur investors ke liye. Basically, jo land use approvals mein delay hota tha, woh ab nahi hoga. Projects jaldi clear honge, aur aapko apne ghar ka possession bhi time se milne ke chances badh jaate hain. Market mein kuch positive movement dikhega. Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?

Positive long term, but short term impact probably limited. Market sentiment positive hoga, that's for sure.
Noida Authority needs to be more accountable. They are the biggest culprits in causing delays.
So, what's the next step? When will we see the actual impact of this change?
Hopefully, this means more affordable housing options in the future. Rising rates are making it difficult for first-time buyers.
Bottom line: Good news, but don't get your hopes up too high. Wait and watch. Real estate mein sab kuch time leta hai.
Be careful — this builder has 3 delayed projects in Noida Extension. Check their track record on RERA website before investing.
Totally agree yaar. Builders are notorious for delays. Even with RERA, they find loopholes.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Swimming pool and clubhouse are still not ready after 4 years!
This might help new projects launch faster, but what about those of us stuck with delayed projects? Will this really make a difference for us?
Has anyone seen property prices increase after this announcement? Sector 150 mein rates kya chal rahe hain?
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Location premium hai, and connectivity achi hai.
Prices toh already high hain yaar. New metro line bhi aa raha hai, so builders are already charging a premium.
This is good news for investors. Faster approvals means faster project completion and quicker returns. But do your due diligence before investing!
Mera toh personal experience hai. I booked a flat in 2018, and I'm still waiting for possession. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This news gives me a little hope, but I'm not holding my breath.
I'm an NRI looking to invest in Noida. Which sectors are considered safe bets right now?
Sector 150, Sector 94, and some parts of Greater Noida West are good options. Check the builder's reputation carefully before investing. RERA registration number check karo.
Positive for sure! I've been waiting for possession of my flat in Sector 78 for almost 3 years now. Maybe this will speed things up. RERA complaint bhi file kiya hai, but no use so far.
Sector 78? Which builder? Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with Amrapali. Total fraud the woh toh.
U6, RERA complaint ka kya status hai? Any progress?
Bhai, this is great news. But builders will still find ways to delay. 'Force majeure' is their favourite excuse. COVID ke naam pe kitna delay kiya hai.
I bought a plot in Yamuna Expressway Authority area last year. Land approvals are a nightmare there. Hopefully, this will help there too.
Positive news, but don't expect overnight miracles. Land acquisition aur other approvals mein bhi toh time lagta hai. It's a step in the right direction, that's all.
Finally some good news! Noida mein approval delays toh bahut bada issue tha. Hopefully, this will actually translate to faster possessions. Fingers crossed!
Hmm, I'll believe it when I see it. UP govt promises toh bahut karti hai. Let's see if implementation is good. Builder lobby kitna influence karega, woh bhi dekhna padega.
Does this apply to all of UP or just Noida/Greater Noida? Important to know the scope. Otherwise, it's just another jumla.
Key UP cities likha hai post mein. Probably includes Lucknow, Kanpur etc. too. But Noida is definitely a big beneficiary.
Haan, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) mein toh approvals ke chakkar mein kitne projects phase hue pade hain.
