UP-RERA ne 36 new real estate projects ko green signal de diya hai, aur usme se sabse zyada projects Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida area) mein hain! Around 15 projects worth ₹4,000 crore. This is huge, guys! Almost half the state's new real estate investment is concentrated in our area. More supply coming up means more options for buyers, but also increased competition for builders.
