UP RERA Approves ₹5,200 Crore Noida Projects in Q1 FY27

Buying property in Noida can be a rollercoaster, right? So much to choose from, but is it all legit? Well, UP RERA just gave the green light to ₹5,200 crore worth of projects in Gautam Buddha Nagar! That's almost 3,000 new homes and shops coming up, mostly in Noida and Greater Noida. Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group) is one of the builders involved.
