UP RERA Clears 13 New Projects Worth ₹3052 Crore
Looks like things are heating up in the NCR real estate scene! UP RERA has just given the green light to 13 new housing projects, bringing a massive ₹3052 crore investment across Noida, Greater Noida, and our very own Ghaziabad. This move is being touted as a big boost, aiming to meet the strong buyer demand in the region. Ghaziabad, in particular, is being highlighted as a rising star, pulling in homebuyers with its competitive rates and improving infrastructure. But with this fresh wave of supply, what does it truly mean for buyers and investors eyeing properties here? Will it lead to more choices, or perhaps a price correction as the market gets flooded? Or does it just validate Ghaziabad's growing appeal, pushing prices further north? For those of you looking to buy or invest in Ghaziabad, is this news good, or bad?

I've been tracking Ghaziabad for a while. The demand is definitely there, especially in areas like Abhay Khand due to connectivity and upcoming commercial hubs. But the existing inventory isn't moving as fast as builders claim. This new supply might actually put pressure on prices, which could be good for first-time buyers like us. I'm hoping for a slight correction, not
Hmm, 13 new projects? Sounds good on paper, but RERA approval doesn't mean on-time delivery. Kitne aise projects hain jo approved toh ho jaate hain but phir years tak stuck rehte hain? Builders ka track record bhi toh dekhna padega.
Exactly! RERA is good, but it's not a magic wand. Many builders still find loopholes or delay projects. We, as buyers, need to be vigilant.
Sahi kaha bhai U2. My cousin booked a flat in a 'RERA approved' project in Greater Noida West 4 years ago, abhi tak possession nahi mila. RERA approval is just the first step, execution matters. We need to check the builder's past project delivery record very carefully before even thinking of booking.
Wow, this is great news! Finally, some movement in Ghaziabad. I was worried about less options, but ₹3052 crore is huge. Kya lagta hai, prices badhenge ya thode stable rahenge?
Mujhe lagta hai price badhenge hi. Ghaziabad ka infrastructure improve ho raha hai, roads, metro extension. Demand badh rahi hai. Builders know this. So, I'm expecting a slight increase, not stability.
U1, I think prices will definitely stabilize, might even see a small dip in some areas. Too much supply and buyers are still hesitant. Especially in areas beyond Indirapuram, like Achchheja. Builders will have to offer incentives to move inventory.
