UP-RERA has slapped fines of ₹5 lakh each on two Noida builders, including Sobha Limited, for promoting unregistered projects – Estate 105 and Sobha Rivana. Apparently, they were advertising these projects online without proper RERA registration, which is a big no-no! A similar fine was levied on a Lucknow project too. This definitely highlights the importance of checking RERA registration before investing. What are your thoughts on this?
