Hey Noida folks, ever feel like there's TOO much construction happening and wonder if it's all legit? Well, UP RERA just gave the green light to ₹5,200 crore worth of projects, including some from Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group)! That’s almost 3,000 new homes and shops coming up.
