📢 Good news for Noida homebuyers! UP RERA ne 12 projects ko 'Abeyance' list se hata diya hai. Basically, 7,700 apartments mein phir se kaam shuru ho sakta hai! This is especially important for those waiting for possession, right? *Dheere dheere* things are moving. Anyone actively looking for property in Noida these days? What's your experience *yaar*?

Has anyone tried contacting RERA directly to get more information about these 12 projects? Maybe they have a detailed list.
I'm a first-time buyer, completely overwhelmed by the process. So many builders, so many projects! Any tips for a newbie?
Is there any news on the Jaypee projects? Are they also included in this RERA announcement?
My friend is selling a 3BHK in Sector 93A, if anyone is interested. DM me for details.
So, what's the overall consensus? Is this RERA news actually going to make a difference, or is it just another PR stunt?
I think it's a positive step, but we need to wait and see how effectively RERA monitors the project progress. *Umeed pe duniya kayam hai*.
I bought in Sector 79 three years ago, and I'm so happy with my decision. The area is well-connected and has good amenities. Best decision ever!
New metro line is definitely impacting prices. Areas near the metro are becoming more desirable, and hence, more expensive.
True that! Sector 137 is seeing a lot of activity because of the metro.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. My society promised a swimming pool and clubhouse, still under construction after 4 years!
What's the average rate in Sector 150 these days? Is it still around 7k/sqft?
UP RERA is a joke. They announce these things, but implementation is the real issue. I filed a complaint 2 years ago, still waiting for a resolution.
Totally agree yaar. RERA is only effective if they actually enforce their orders.
I'm an NRI looking to invest. Is this a good time to buy in Noida, or should I wait for the market to cool down?
Be careful - this builder has 3 delayed projects in Noida Extension. Check their RERA registration and court cases before investing. I learnt it the hard way.
Haan, exactly! Due diligence is key. Don't just go by the fancy brochures.
Anyone know about the possession status of ATS Knightsbridge? That project looks promising.
I'm actively looking in Noida Extension. Rates are crazy high, yaar! Even 2BHKs are touching 50 lakhs. Is this the new normal?
Sector 150 is booming, but the prices are insane. I bought a plot there 5 years ago for peanuts, now it's worth a fortune! *Time badal gaya*.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Booked a flat in Sector 143, builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I'm seriously considering cancelling and moving to Gurgaon.
Gurgaon is even more expensive, bhai! Think twice. At least Noida has better infrastructure now.
Cancelling is a pain! I tried that, and the builder deducted so much money. Read the fine print carefully!
Sector 143 is risky. Check the builder's other projects. Delayed projects ka track record bahut kharab hai.
Finally some relief! UP RERA doing *something*. But *dheere dheere* is the right word. I'm still waiting for possession in Sector 78. Anyone else stuck there?
7700 apartments is a good number, but kitne *actually* complete honge? Builders have a history of promising the moon. Show me the completed projects!
Which projects *exactly* are we talking about? Need names! RERA registration numbers bhi dedo, I'll check myself.
Exactly my thought! *Naam batao, bhai!* Without details, this is just another headline.
I heard Supertech Emerald Court is one of them. Can anyone confirm?
