UP RERA Lifts Curbs on Noida, Ghaziabad Apartments, Offering Relief to Homebuyers

Folks are starting to see some movement in stalled projects around Noida and Ghaziabad. UP RERA just took 12 projects off its "Abeyance" list, which is a huge deal if you've been waiting for your apartment. This means work can finally restart on over 7,700 apartments that were stuck – some for over 10 years! A few Jaypee Greens projects like Garden Isles, The Orchards, Sunnyvale, Tanishq Square and Wishpoint are included. It's good news, but keep in mind that some approvals are only valid until 2025, so keep a close watch on progress. What do you all think?
