Guys, Noida real estate mein kuch toh chal raha hai. UP-RERA ne Sobha Limited ko ₹5 lakh ka fine lagaya hai! Apparently, they were promoting Estate 105 and Sobha Rivana without proper registration. Lucknow mein bhi Avikalp Estate ko same cheez ke liye fine kiya. Yeh news kaafi important hai because unregistered projects matlab legal complications baad mein.
