UP RERA Penalizes Projects for Unregistered Sales

Guys, how many times have we heard horror stories of projects selling before they're even legit? UP RERA is cracking down! Just heard that Estate 105, Sobha Rivana (Noida), and Avikalp Estate (Lucknow) have each been fined ₹5 lakh. Reason? Apparently, they were promoting and selling units without proper RERA registration. Sobha Limited ka naam bhi hai ismein. Yeh news kaafi important hai because it means RERA is serious about protecting us buyers. Compliance toh banta hai, right? Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?
