UP RERA Penalizes Projects for Unregistered Sales

Guys, Noida real estate scene mein kuch toh chal raha hai. UP-RERA ne Estate 105 aur Sobha Rivana ko INR 5 lakh ka fine maara hai! Apparently, they were selling units without proper registration. Avikalp Estate in Lucknow bhi same boat mein hai. Yeh news kaafi important hai because it means builders like Sobha Limited might be jumping the gun. Always double-check RERA registration before booking anything, warna phas sakte ho. Is this a good thing or a bad thing for Noida property buyers? What do you think?
