**8,856 housing and commercial units could finally see the light of day!** UP RERA just removed 22 stalled projects from the Abeyance List, and a big chunk of those – 12 projects – are right here in Noida and Ghaziabad. This is potentially huge news for those of you who've been waiting patiently (or not so patiently!) for your homes. Builders like Jaypee Greens (Garden Isles, The Orchards), and Saya S Class are impacted. Hopefully, this means renewed progress and a path towards possession.
