The Orchards... that's Supertech, right? I would still be wary. Their track record is terrible.

Garden Isles is still a good project, location wise. Just needs to get finished. Fingers crossed!

Definitely possible. Less inventory means higher demand. Sector 16 mein rates already badh rahe hain. Metro connectivity ka bhi asar hai.
