UP RERA Removes 22 Stuck Projects From Abeyance, Including Noida & Ghaziabad

Folks, how many of you have been waiting for news on stalled projects in Noida and Ghaziabad? Well, there’s some potentially good news coming out of UP RERA. They've removed 22 projects from the Abeyance List, which means construction can finally restart! Six of these projects are in Noida, accounting for a whopping 5,663 units. In Ghaziabad, another six projects with 2,062 units have been cleared. This could be a turning point for many buyers who've been in limbo, and it's a chance for developers to regain our trust.
