📢 Noida flat buyers in unregistered projects, listen up! UP RERA is cracking down, making it easier to file complaints. RERA officials are putting builders on notice: they *must* respect buyer rights. Failure to comply with RERA orders could mean penalties and even jail time for the builders. This is a clear warning to those not playing by the rules. Is this a positive step for Noida's real estate scene?

Good initiative, but RERA needs more teeth. They need to be able to enforce their orders effectively.
I think this is a step in the right direction. It sends a strong message to builders that they can't get away with cheating buyers.
So, what's the next step? Should we all start filing complaints against unregistered projects?
Let's hope this translates into real action and relief for frustrated homebuyers in Noida. Ab aage kya hota hai, woh dekhna hai.
Totally agree yaar. It's all about implementation. Otherwise, it's just another announcement.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Now I'm paying maintenance for amenities that don't even exist.
The new metro line extension might also impact property prices in the long run. Connectivity is key.
This is a welcome change. Par kya faida agar builder phir bhi manmani kare?
What happens if the builder simply ignores the RERA order? Jail time is rare, isn't it?
Be careful - this builder has 3 delayed projects in Greater Noida West. Do your research thoroughly.
I bought a flat in Sector 119 three years ago. Possession mila kya? No! And the builder is now saying they need more funds. Cheaters!
Possession status kya hai? Anyone got possession in Supertech's projects recently?
@U18 Supertech? Good luck with that! They're bankrupt, aren't they?
@U18 Supertech is a huge risk. Better avoid them for now.
Impact kya hoga on property prices in Noida? Will this increase buyer confidence and drive up prices?
RERA registration number check karo before investing, people! It's the first line of defense.
This is good news. I am an NRI looking to invest in Noida. This gives me some confidence. But still, I need to be careful. Which sectors are considered relatively safe now?
@U12 Sector 150 is relatively safer, many reputed builders there. But rates are high. Avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I am so frustrated. Koi solution batao.
@U14 File a complaint with RERA. That's the only way to put pressure on them.
Is this applicable to all projects in Noida, or just specific sectors? I'm hearing about issues in Sector 75.
@U3 As far as I know, this applies to *all* unregistered projects across UP, including Noida. Sector 75 mein toh kaafi projects unregistered hain.
Sector 75 is a mess. Infrastructure is lagging behind the housing development.
Positive step, no doubt. But implementation is key. RERA orders toh bahut aate hain, follow-up kaun karta hai?
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Builder promised possession, then disappeared. RERA mein complaint file kiya, but still waiting for resolution.
@U8 Which builder and project was it? Share the details, it might help others.
@U8 Exactly! RERA complaint filing is just the first step. After that, you need to constantly follow up.
Finally! UP RERA doing something right. These unregistered projects are a headache. Kitne logon ka paisa phasa hua hai. Hopefully, this helps get some refunds or at least possession.
True that! Bahut late kiya inhone. But better late than never. Let's see if it actually translates to something on the ground.
@U2 Ground reality alag hai bhai. Paper pe sab achha lagta hai. Builders will find loopholes.
