UP RERA to Cancel Registration of Delayed Projects in Noida & Greater Noida

**3-6 saal se delayed projects ho sakte hain cancel!** UP RERA is taking a very serious look at projects in Noida & Greater Noida. Seems like they are reviewing over 100 developers whose projects are running way behind schedule. Yeh news kaafi important hai if you've invested in property here. UPRERA might deregister these projects or even take them over themselves if builders can't give a realistic completion date. Basically, agar aapka ghar atka hua hai, toh nazar rakhna zaroori hai.
