₹30,000 in rent every month for 5 years straight — I'm honestly fed up and finally taking the plunge. Was looking at Emaar Serenity Hills Phase 2, with prices starting around ₹2.56 Cr. It's a big investment, but I really want to build equity. My main concern is capital appreciation and resale potential. Has anyone tracked their previous phase's price movement? Also, with it being an upcoming project, what's Emaar's track record for on-time delivery? Don't want my money stuck for years. Is this a good long-term bet for an investor?
