Upcoming project dilemma: Is it worth the wait?
₹75 lakh for an upcoming 2BHK at Rudved Mangal Vastu seems okay, but I'm worried. I heard their pre-launch prices were much lower, so is there still good upside for an investor? Honestly not sure if the current price makes sense for capital appreciation. Also, it’s an upcoming project. How's Rudved's track record for delivery? I've seen so many delays in Pune. What's the real risk of it running super late? Any insights on their past projects' timelines?

Totally agree. My friend booked in Amanora Park Town two years back, and even their appreciation has been slower than expected. 75L for this seems risky for capital growth
