Upcoming project evaluation: My hack

Been looking for 8 months now, Sattva Lake Ridge (upcoming) looks promising for a 3BHK upgrade. My hack for upcoming projects: check the surrounding area, not just the brochure. Neighbourhood quality, schools, hospitals, Gachibowli commute, sab ka kya scene hai? Community vibe kaisa hoga? Currently in a 2BHK, is this price jump worth it?
