Guys, need some serious gyan here. Been looking for 8 months for a 3BHK upgrade from my Sector 44 flat. X Ecosystem Green Homes looks promising, but RERA status kitna solid hai for an upcoming project? I mean, possession date 2030-12-01 is far off. Aur family ke liye neighbourhood kaisa hai wahan? Is the price jump worth it for something so far out?
