₹1.75 Cr for an upcoming project like Veena Apartments is making me so nervous. My family needs a bigger place, but this under-construction gamble... yaar, delivery pe trust nahi hota. Total cost mein kitna extra lagega, aur possession delay ka kya? Should I even consider it for my kids' future?

Totally feel you yaar! ₹1.8 Cr for an upcoming project is a huge amount to gamble. My biggest fear is always the hidden charges that pop up closer to possession. Builders ka toh alag hi math hota hai for 'final cost'.
