Visited Sattva Lake Ridge site last weekend. Layout plans mein toh kaafi green area dikh raha hai, but I'm worried about the actual open space once construction finishes. Kya wahan noise levels bhi zyada honge, being near the main road? Paani ka source kya hai, will there be tanker dependency?

U1, noise levels near main roads are almost a given, especially if it's a busy stretch. Best to visit during peak hours. For water, most new projects do have borewells initially
