Upcoming projects often disappoint on actual carpet area.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. My landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at Signature Global Park 4 & 5 Phase II, the upcoming one. The price tag, around ₹99.70 L, feels okay for a 3BHK, but I'm worried about the actual livability. Is it genuinely a good home or just looks good on paper? I've seen the floor plans, but sometimes the carpet area feels really small compared to what's advertised. Does anyone know how efficient their layouts usually are? Also, what's the neighborhood like? Are good schools and hospitals actually nearby, or is it a struggle for daily needs? I'm trying to do the EMI vs rent math, but need real-world insights before committing. Should I be concerned about the noise levels or air quality there?

Yaar, I totally get what you're saying about carpet area. Builders show fancy 3D renders but actual usable space always feels so much less. I saw a 2BHK in another project, on paper it was 1200 sqft, but carpet area was barely 700! Signature Global ka bhi yahi scene hai kya?
Totally agree. Builders inflate super built-up area. Signature Global ka toh pehle bhi reviews mein aaya hai ki space optimization theek nahi hai
