Totally agree with the OP! Upcoming projects ka brochure dekh ke lagta hai sab perfect hai, but jab actual site pe jaao ya floor plan study karo toh efficiency kaafi low nikalti hai. Vyom Avinea Phase 2 ka bhi yahi scene lag raha hai. Carpet area bahut kam dikha rahe hain compared to super built-up.
