Been tracking Gurgaon property for months from Dubai. JMS Majestic Floors is upcoming, Suncity Vatsal Valley is ready. Not sure if JMS's under-construction risk is worth it, ya fir Suncity ka ready-to-move better hai for an NRI? Builder ka track record kya hai? Rental potential kismein zyada milega?
