posted on 9 MayUpcoming projects often look great on paper but I'm sceptical about daily life there.
I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge for my first home and it seems impressive on brochures. Honestly, I'm genuinely worried about what it's like to *actually* live there daily. Is it just good for show, or a practical place? My parents keep saying new areas take ages to develop properly. What's the neighbourhood like around there – schools, markets, hospitals? I mean, are they actually nearby and accessible? The brochure shows tons of amenities, but which ones are truly useful? I don't want to pay high maintenance for stuff I'll never use, ab samajh nahi aa raha if it's worth it. Any current residents or those who visited, please share your experience. Is the community vibe good?

Totally relate to this! My cousin booked a flat near Alwal a few years back, and development was so slow. Roads weren't properly done for ages, and schools/hospitals were a good 30-45 min drive. Brochure mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but ground reality is often different. Sattva Lake Ridge ka 2028 possession hai, that's still a long wait. Kya pata tab tak kya infrastructure banega.
Haan bhai, same fear. Maintenance costs for unused
