Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but here we are. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house in LB Nagar. Looking for a manageable 2BHK, around 80L-1.2Cr. With Metro Phase 2 and RRR coming up, which areas offer good investment windows now? Are places like Tellapur or Narsingi still affordable enough for future appreciation? What do you think?

I totally agree with the post! RRR and Metro Phase 2 are game changers. My cousin bought a plot near Alwal last year and it's already appreciated by 20%. For a 2BHK in the 80L-1.2Cr range, areas around Miyapur to Bachupally corridor are looking good. Connectivity to IT hubs will improve drastically.

Yeh interesting hai! Which specific builders are good in the Miyapur-Bachupally corridor? Any RERA registered projects you'd recommend looking into that fit the budget?
RRR is still undervalued? Bhai, prices toh already आसमान छू रहे hain! Narsingi mein ek normal 2BHK bhi 90L ke upar jaa raha hai. Ab toh sirf speculation hi bacha hai, investment window closed lag raha hai.
Sahi kaha! Undervalued toh 5 saal pehle tha. Ab toh sab overvalued lag raha hai, especially for first-time buyers like us.
