Upcoming vs ongoing project dilemma in Bengaluru
Is Casagrand Promenade ka upcoming status worth the wait, ya Sri Garudapriya Sunshine jaisa ongoing project lena better hai? My brother is looking in Bengaluru, aur main recently shift hua hoon, so thoda idea hai ki kya kya dekhte hain. Casagrand ka price range thoda high lag raha hai (₹1.46 Cr se upar), jabki Sri Garudapriya Sunshine (around ₹60-90L) budget mein fit ho raha hai. But upcoming project mein price per sqft ka kya scene rehta hai? Brochure mein jo dikhate hain, kya actual mein utna hi pay karna padta hai ya bahot hidden costs aate hain? Especially total cost of ownership, jisme registry, stamp duty, PLC sab included ho. Kisi ka first-hand experience hai with either of these builders? Not sure if the higher initial cost for Casagrand will pay off later for appreciation. Ya ongoing mein risk kam hota hai?
