Upgrade dilemma: Aask Homes 04 investor questions

After 5 years in my current 2BHK, I'm eyeing an upgrade to a 3BHK, maybe Aask Homes 04. My budget's around ₹1.2 Cr. For investors, are security systems actually robust there, or just for show? Also, how's the parking allocation? Don't want future tenants complaining. Does this stuff really impact resale value down the line?
