Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3 mein clubhouse kitna use hota hai? I'm upgrading from 2BHK, wondering if these amenities truly boost resale or tenant appeal. Yaar, mostly showpiece hi toh hote hain? Maintenance badha dete hain bas.

Bhai, bilkul sahi kaha! Yeh clubhouse, gym sab dikhaane ke daant hote hain, actual mein kitne log use karte hain? Maintenance ka bill alag se aayega. Investor Avenue mein toh waise bhi total 4 units hain, toh kya hi crowd hoga clubhouse mein?
